How did you come up with the site name? It's a long story, but if you're really interested, here goes. Sarah had mentioned to Jada about naming chapters after the fic that best represents them. For example, Best Angst Fic could be named Water Award, and Best Smut could be Adamo Fidelitas Award, and so on. Jada relayed this idea to Sami, and after more brainstorming, Sami quipped that "We'll Always Have Paris" is "teh classic Dramione fic of all time". Jada agreed and decided that also, for uniformity's sake, name the site after a DHr fic, too. Sami hosted the "nomination" and polls, and after a few days, results came back and "The Dragon's Bride" by Rizzle came out on top, followed by bk11's "Happy Hour". Did you ask permission from the author to use her fic's title? Of course. Before we went around proclaiming the site name, we emailed Rizzle and informed her of the result. She replied and seemed happy to "endorse" the awards site. We are also glad to endorse her fic. Why does this site look so much like The Timeturner Events? TTE is our twin sister site.
